**What is Responsive Image functionality**

     -- This is a function which creates the  webp file from given jpg/png file.
     -- This files get created if its not exists and wherever it get called from admin system.
     -- Creates file as per given config settings for the image.
     -- Each file get loaded as per the site viewed in different devices.
