Page Layout

To change the layout of the page you are on, click the page layout link in the menu at the top of the admin system.

You will then see a selection of layout options - click the desired layout and it will be applied to the current page.

These layouts change the number of columns available within the main content area of a page. Each page features a header area at the top of the main content, and a footer area at the bottom. These 2 areas will be the full width of the main content area on all layouts. Between the header and footer areas, a series of columns will be available, depending on the layout you have chosen.

The default layout that is applied when a new page is created is the Modules 1 Column layout. This provides one full width column between the header and footer areas.

For a Modules 3 Columns  layout you would have 5 areas for input, which are Header, Column 1, Column 2 and Column 3 and Footer .

To move modules between the different columns, click and hold the 4 directional arrow button above the top right corner of the module you wish to move, then drag this to the desired destination.

Please note that if you change the page layouts to have fewer columns, the content from some columns may not be displayed on the page. If this happens, change the page layout to have a higher number of columns, then drag the content from the right hand columns across to the left hand columns.

To create additional changes to the page layout, you can add column layout modules.
