The options available to you are:
Excel Download: Download a spreadsheet of all users
Add New User: Create a new user
Search: Search for an existing user
Edit: Edit an existing user
Reset Password: reset the password of an existing user
Roles: Change the roles of an existing user
Groups: Change the groups of an existing user
Permissions: Change the permissions of an existing user
Integrations: Change the integrations of an existing user
Activity: View the activity of an existing user
Disable: Disable the account of an existing user. The users account can then be deleted or reactivated.
